These terms and conditions outline the usage policies for the Meal Mama. When placing an order through this website, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms listed on this page, please refrain from using the Meal Mama website.

• The cutoff time for placing lunch orders is 9:00 PM the day before the delivery date. Any lunch orders placed after this time will not be processed for delivery.
• Our lunch delivery window is from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. We aim to complete deliveries within this time frame, but delays may occur due to weather conditions or traffic on the roads.

We provide refunds under the following circumstances:

If the quality of the food delivered is poor or if it is deemed inedible, please contact us. We will either replace the food or issue a refund, depending on the situation. We may request photos or videos as proof from the customer.

If, due to any issues or natural disasters, we are unable to deliver the food on time, we will initiate a refund process once we are contacted.

If any items are missing from your lunch order or if incorrect items are delivered, please reach out to us. We will either replace the food or issue a refund, depending on the situation. We may request photos or videos as proof from the customer.

Once you contact us for a refund, we process the refund within 7 business days. In some cases, there may be delays due to issues with the payment gateway provider.
