We provide refunds under the following circumstances:
Food Quality:
If the quality of the food delivered is poor or if it is deemed inedible, please contact us. We will either replace the food or issue a refund, depending on the situation. We may request photos or videos as proof from the customer.
Non-Delivery of Food:
If, due to any issues or natural disasters, we are unable to deliver the food on time, we will initiate a refund process once we are contacted.
Incorrect Orders:
If any items are missing from your lunch order or if incorrect items are delivered, please reach out to us. We will either replace the food or issue a refund, depending on the situation. We may request photos or videos as proof from the customer.
Refund Timeline:
Once you contact us for a refund, we process the refund within 7 business days. In some cases, there may be delays due to issues with the payment gateway provider.
Product Return:
